Making healthy eating convenient!

I try to do as much as I can at the start of each week to make it easy to snack healthy!

When you're feeling hungry and pressed for time, who wants to start chopping up vegetables or making a salad? I just want to reach for a bag of chips or pretzels. But by taking a few quick steps at the beginning of each week, you can set yourself up with CONVENIENT and healthy snacks!

This is a picture of what my fridge looks like at the f beginning of each week. I spend around 20 minutes max to portion out snacks like nuts and seeds, wash and store healthy veggies like snap peas, and make some yummy salads!

I will usually have individual servings of carrot sticks, sugar snap peas, and string beans in portion control containers. I have Greek olives, hummus, sesame seeds, and a jalapeño yogurt dip to go with the veggies!

In the small mason jar's I have Pumpkin Pie overnight oats for quick breakfasts and salads. These are great for on-the-go meals and super easy to make!

this week, I also made roasted butternut squash, cauliflower, and chicken for later. This helps when I need to whip up a quick dinner!

You can add any healthy snacks you like to eat to this process! cut up some fruit, wash some veggies, package some hummus or dip! It's all about portioning out the right serving and making it convenient for YOU to snack healthy.
